CP Criteria Assessment in the Presence of AC Interference
On the basis of laboratory test results, cathodic protection criteria in the presence of an AC interference are discussed: AC density threshold and true potential limit are evaluated. Test were perfomrened in soil simulated conditions. Cathodic protection was in the range 0.2 - 10 A/m2; overlapped AC density was in the range of 1 to 500 A/m2.
