The aim of this work is to find the relationship between corrosion phenomena and music, and thus show the beauty of corrosion world. All phenomena and things in the universe are connected – this is an old philosophical formula, repeated by many philosophers. Both music and corrosion are ancient phenomena which are very important for society. We showed in previous papers that history, art, philosophy, love, and some other humanitarian aspects of life can be united with corrosion. We discovered that corrosion is everywhere, in every manifestation of daily life. Music is also everywhere. They have no nationality and no borders. There are many examples of mutual influence in art and science. Art helps in the study and understanding of many disciplines and phenomena. Electrochemical Noise Measurements are the “music” of localized corrosion. Musical compositions of various composers provide a better understanding of general and pitting corrosion, erosion and cavitation, and stress corrosion cracking. A real “musical approach” helps to prevent microbiologically induced corrosion in cooling water. A description of corrosion phenomena through the media of music can attract a young generation of students and engineers and may make corrosion science and technology sexy and trendy. Examples of experience in using music in teaching corrosion science and physical chemistry are given. These findings represent a unique fascination with the magic of the corrosion world from an unusual point of view.
