Advances in Materials and Corrosion Control in Fossil Fuel Combustion and Conversion - TEG 183X
Wednesday, March 19 - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 20 - 8 to 11 a.m. This symposium contains technical papers that address corrosion and material issues related to fossil fuel combustion and conversion systems. Areas of interest include any system that uses a fossil fuel to general energy. Corrosion and material issues related to high temperature corrosion in combustion gases, high temperature stem, combustion ash, salts, and deposits are all of interest. Traditional conversion systems such as boilers and turbines will be covered as well as emerging energy systems such as gasifers and fuel cells. Papers will also cover fundamental research, demonstration testing, application issues, and field experience. Or review of a topic.
