Corrosion Monitoring was performed in an azole and silica inhibited cooling water system of a major automotive facility using recycled water that contained ammonia. Coupled multielectrode array sensor and linear polarization methods were used as the online and real time methods. The real time results were compared with the weight loss measurements with coupons.
