New Development of a High-Tg FBE Coating

General FBE coating is unstable in high temperature. But High Tg FBE coating is stable in high temperature and can protect the pipe from the high temp material. If you increase the Tg, essentially flexibility and adhesion more poor than general FBE coating. Because, crosslinking must be increased. In order to develop High Tg FBE coating, the most important factor that flexibility and adhesion maintain equally general FBE coating. This new product is above 110°C and compared to general FBE coating, it is without poor flexibility and poor adhesion in spite of above 110°C Tg.
