KLIMIT in NACE TM0177--Method D (DCB): Defintion, Measurement, and Use

K_LIMIT for TM0177 Method D (DCB) has been introduced in a new proposed informative appendix in that document.  This paper gives the background to the appendix and explains the definition, measurement and use of K_LIMIT.  Some common pitfalls in measurement and evaluation are considered.
